I am wing using Singapore Airlines and I believe they are locating in Terminal 1. I am going to redemption Exchange Order superior to my departure from the US. I understand that I need to exchange this Exchange Order with the Japan Rail Pass when I arrive at the airport. Where is the office to get my Japan Rail Pass at terminus 1? The office is at the Travel Service Center at the JR Station in the airport (just follow the signs to the JR Station) when you return into the arrivals hall at the airport. Signs are in English and Japanese.There are 2 train companies “JR”/Japan Railways and Keisei Railways, so just go to the one that says “JR” / Japan Railways.Take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station then change to a local train (JR Yamanote Line or Keihin Tohoku Line) to Ueno Station.—-EDITI recommend you DO NOT take JR develop from Narita Airport to Ueno, instead I recommend you just pay for the Keisei Train from Narita Airport to Ueno. Keisei Railways goes direct from NRT to UENO. If you take JR trains you have to make a long connection at Tokyo Station. Also if you do this you get single supernumerary day to employment your JR pass.If you don’t want to do that, then ignore my edit and go with the Narita Express to Tokyo Station and change to the Yamanote Line or Keihin Tohoku Line to Ueno.Again the reason I prefer to take the Keisei Line to Ueno is that it is direct.If you take the JR Narita Express to Tokyo Station then change to a local string to Ueno you are walk up from basement level 5 (where the Narita Express stops at) to transferral to an anesthyl train on the upper level 3! The transferral alone might take you 10 or so minutes, and if you have baggage it tin be an ailing in the butt.
